When Did Other American Battles of World War 1 Occur?

The next American battle occurred from September of 1918 to the end of World War I. The Battle of Meuse was one of the largest battles of World War I, which resulted in an Allied victory. The win gave the Americans the German machine-gun threshold. While the Battle of Meuse was happening, the Battle of Vittorio Veneto was taking place in Italy. American troops joined forces with Italy, UK and France in defeating Austria-Hungary. This last war was the reason for the end of the Austria-Hungary Empire in 1918.
